This past weekend I had the opportunity to speak in front of 350 of the top Beachbody Coaches at the 2014 Beachbody Leadership Retreat in Phoenix, Arizona. I spoke a lot about the vision I had when I started as a coach, and how I was able to create a team culture around that vision that has seen some incredible growth occur in Canada.
