TurboFire is one of my favorite workouts! I love it because it has the highest levels of energy, the best music, and an incredible trainer. Today I had the opportunity to help kick-off the first ever TurboFire Fit Club in Creston, British Columbia. It was incredible!
When everyone arrived, we did some quick warming up, and introduction to Beachbody and the workout, and then we got down to business with TurboFire HIIT 20! HIIT means the TurboFire workout is a High Intensity Interval Training 20 minute workout. This means you are going to burn 9x more calories than any other form of similar cardio workout because of the way it was designed.
During a HIIT Workout, you go really hard for 45 seconds, and then slow down and rest for one minute. With HIIT 20 you do 3 different exercises. The first two you do twice, and the last one you do three times. Everyone loved the workout. There were a lot of questions around the TurboFire Schedule, so we made sure to review the schedule with everyone so everyone was clear on how to do the workouts at home.
After the workout, we had some time to chat about the workouts, the look at the various Beachbody workout programs, and ultimately plan the next TurboFire Fit Club.
