I get so many questions about P90X I decided I would dump all the questions and answers onto one blog post. How Many Days is P90X?
It will take the average person 90 days to go through P90X! 90 Days is nothing if you consider you are about to change your life. 12 weeks, an hour a day. I was able to stick with it, so can you!
How Long Are The P90X Workouts?
Most of the P90X workouts are one hour in length. There are some that are 90 minutes in length. The time does fly by though because Tony Horton is a master in front of the camera and the results are insane.
What Equipment Do I Need for P90X?
All you really need is some resistance bands which are included in the P90X Challenge Pack, and a chin-up bar. Other than that, I did have a pair of dumbbells I used, a heart rate monitor, and I bought a set of push-up stands at a garage sale for 5 bucks.
What Kind of Results Can I Expect From P90X?
Is life changing results too crazy for you? Honestly if you stick to the program you will look like a different person. Not only that, but you will feel like Superman. I'm not kidding. If your goal is to lose weight. DONE. If your goal is to burn body fat. DONE. If your goal is to get in the best shape of your life. DONE.
How Much Space Do I Need for P90X?
You actually don't need a lot of room for P90X. That's the great thing about working out at home. All you really need is a 6 by 6 foot space and you are ready to rock and roll! Even if you have more room, that's pretty much all you will be using!
Do I Need To Take Supplements With P90X?
No you do not need to take supplements while following the P90X program. However for best results of course Shakeology is recommended to replenish your body, and P90X Results and Recovery Formula.
How Do I Know If I'm Ready for P90X?
P90X was designed for everyone, with modifications built into the program. That said, if you are relatively fit and looking to take things to the next level, you should have no problem doing the workout and will see massive results. If you haven't done anything in years, you can still do the program, but we always recommended you ask your doctor before starting, and you might want to take the P90X Fit Test.
