Focusing can be tough for many people, especially when exercising. During exercise, you get tired, you are unmotivated in many cases, and you just want to get it over with. But this is exactly what you shouldn't do. During exercise, it is critical to focus. Focus on your muscles growing. Focus on the movement. Focus on every single stretch, push-up, and position you hold. By adding focus to your workouts, you will be able to double the results you get, all by doing the same exercise you are doing anyway, but just adding focus.
