Getting Started Right is Critical
Getting started right is critical to your success with any type of fitness activity. Eating the proper foods is typically the hardest part of any workout plan if you are serious, so Shaun T made the Focus T25 meal plan very easy to follow. Simply figure out if you should follow the 1,200 or 1,600 calorie a day diet, and then decide if you want to follow a high protein diet, or a higher carb diet. That's pretty much it! Then you can go through the Focus T25 “Get it Done Nutrition Guide” and pick the foods you want at any given time and day.
For some added kick-start, follow the Focus T25 5 Day Fast Track, and follow a healthy and filling 1,100 calorie a day diet to get things rocking fast! You will need Shakeology to follow this diet plan, so I always recommend you get the Focus T25 Challenge Pack because it includes Shakeology.
