Consistency Will Make You Successful
People often ask me “Do you have any tips for me on how I can become a successful Beachbody Coach?” I used to try and come up with some complicated answers, but the reality is Beachbody is not complicated. It is actually very easy to be a successful Beachbody Coach. Over the next little while I'm going to publish videos that explain exactly what I do that makes me the most successful Beachbody Coach in Canada. Today, I want to talk about consistency.
Why is Consistency So Important?
Tony Robbins says it best “It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.” So many people get so excited when they hear the Beachbody National Wake-Up Call, or head to Coach Summit, or dial into a team meeting. They do some amazing things for a day or two, maybe even a week or two, but then they taper off.
This is likely what you do. This post may even fire you up right now (at least I hope if it doesn't, my video should!), but then you will likely slow down. And that is ultimately the problem. You need to be consistent. Only consistent actions will give you results you are looking for. Coaches are always telling me “Well I am a product of the product, I do invite people, and I just went to a seminar last weekend to work on my personal development, but it doesn't work!” My first question is always: “But are you doing that consistently, have you been doing that every single day for the last 6 months. A year?”
It's not hard to do some things once in a while. It's hard to do the same things consistently all the time. That is what will make you great. That is what will make you a successful Beachbody Coach.
