First A Little About Miguel Carrasco And Why You Should Read This Guide Entirely
I became a Beachbody Coach in October of 2012. Since that time, I became the first Coach in Canada to achieve a Diamond rank, and I did it in 14 days. Diamond is the first “big rank” a Beachbody Coach can attain.
As the first year went on, I broke every record in Canada and became the first and only Elite Canadian Beachbody Coach in the first year of launch, reaching the rank of 5 Star Diamond Coach in just 12 months. I decided at that point to leave my full-time job as a Microsoft Consultant where I made 6 figures, and become a full-time Beachbody Coach.
I went on to be the Top Coach in Canada for 4 years in a row, the first Team Beachbody Coach to join the Beachbody Millions Club, all in just under three years from Canada. I was awarded the Beachbody Leadership Award for my contributions to Team Beachbody. I was added to the Beachbody Coach Advisory Board. And to top it all off, I'm also in a workout program “Mes de Mas” that was shot in LA!

The Real Secret To Growing a Big Beachbody Income
Our customers have to fall in love with YOU, the Beachbody Coach!
The person that helped them get insane results. If you can change someone's life, change how they feel about themselves, give them an insane amount of new confidence, they will be your customers for life.
I'll talk a little later about many ways you can make your customers fall in love with you, but just remember this is the biggest key. Next we will explain how the income is paid out, and earned, but the key to all of this, is creating customers that fall in love with you, otherwise, you'll be stuck and never grow a thriving Beachbody business.
Earning Income From Customers and Sales
The first way new coaches earn an income as a Beachbody Coach is through sales of the products. Beachbody Coaches earn a 25% commission on everything they sell. Let me give you a simple example.
LIIFT4 is a top-selling workout program created by Joel Freeman that focuses on lifting weights and HIIT workouts. It's only 4 days a week and our customers love love love this program. Results? INSANELY GREAT!
If a Beachbody Coach sells the LIIFT4 Challenge Pack that includes the entire workout program, one year access to Beachbody on Demand, Shakeology, Nutrition Guide, Journal, and more for $210, the coach would then earn $60 in commissions.
Industrywide this is a large commission that is paid out to encourage coaches to help people get started. In this example, if you were to help 5 people in your first month get started with LIIFT4, you'd earn $350.
But it gets better!
Earning Income from Residual Sales
Great coaches ensure customers get results with the workouts as well as our supplements. Shakeology is proven to help people curb their carb, sweet cravings, and help our customers lose 5 pounds per month extra above and beyond the workouts. Why is this key?
Many of our customers stay customers of Shakeology for years! So let me give you an example of what that does to your income.
Should 3 of your 5 new customers re-order Shakeology in their second month after they run out, you would earn an additional $32 per customer that orders Shakeology. That would be an extra $96 every month these three customers continue to order Shakeology.
Many of the top-earning Beachbody Coaches earn a majority of their income in this fashion:
- They set a goal to help 10 people per month get in the best shape of their lives. In this example, they earn $600.
- In their second month, they ensure 8 out of 10 stick with it, earning them $256 just from the residual income re-order alone.
- In their second month, they also help 10 additional customers get started, earning them another $600.
- Their second-month earnings are now $856.
- In month three they help another 10 additional customers get started, they now have 16 people re-ordering Shakeology, which would earn them $1,112 in their third month.
- In their first three months, this coach would have earned $2,568.
Now please understand that Team Beachbody does not guarantee any level of success or income from the Team Beachbody Coaching Opportunity. Each Coaches income depends on his or her own diligence, efforts, and skills. This is just an example for you to see what is possible.
Creating Successful Challenge Groups
Challenge Groups are the essence of being a successful Beachbody Coach. Why? Because they are the best way to support your clients, keep them motivated, inspire them to do better, and get amazing results. Team Beachbody Coaches that are rank advancing and are growing their income typically run a new challenge group every two weeks!
Beachbody even provides its coaches with a guide to run the challenge groups! So you do get posts, images, and exactly what to post in your challenge groups. However, we train our group of coaches to use this simply as ideas and create their own posts that infuse them (the coach) into each and every post in the challenge group.
The key to becoming a successful Beachbody Coach is to have an amazing Challenge Group that supports people, keeps them motivated, and helps your clients stay accountable to get incredible results. This allows you to not just sell one time, but also to keep your clients happy with their results, and also help you build your client database.

Team Cycle Bonuses And How Some Coaches Make Income You Could Never Imagine
This is the most important part to understand and to get excited about with Team Beachbody in terms of the compensation plan. Let's say you had one store open, and you made money from just that one store and you had maxed out your customers. You'd want to open another store. Or let's say for example that you wanted to open a store in Toronto and you lived in Chicago.
With Team Beachbody, your customers that get amazing results can become Beachbody Coaches! This is similar to opening another store in your franchise.
When these customers become coaches and they start helping customers, this is when the win-win-win happens!
- Someone you couldn't have helped gets results thanks to the coach you helped get started.
- The coach you helped get started earns a commission bonus.
- You earn more volume for your team cycle bonus payments.
In essence, you get paid a percentage from sales your new coaches make!
So what is a Team Beachbody Team Cycle Bonus?
First, let me show you a video that will help you understand this concept a little better. Once you've watched it, you'll understand a lot better.
As you can see in this video, at the end of the day it is very easy to understand. Each Beachbody Coach has two legs they place coaches on, and every time one leg has 200 points, and the other 100, the coach gets paid a Team Cycle Bonus.
- Emerald Coach: $14 per cycle
- Ruby Coach: $16 per cycle
- Diamond Coach: $18 per cycle
I know what you're thinking. The same thing I used to think. “$14 for a cycle? Who cares that's nothing”. But here is the thing, as your team grows, so does your cycle bonus potential. I remember thinking “I'll never max out on my earnings of $250 per week max for an emerald! Why do they even have max earnings per rank?” And then, I hit that mark and I was wondering… ok, how do I hit the next rank?
So let's talk about the max earnings per rank! As a Beachbody Coach, not only does your rank help how much you can earn per cycle bonus, but it also determines your maximum earning potential.

Weekly Earning Potential Per Beachbody Rank
When you rank advance as a Team Beachbody Coach, you get recognition, you get shout-outs from the corporate team as well as your upline, but more importantly to your income, you increase your weekly earning potential.
There are so many different ranks in Beachbody, so let me break it down:
- Emerald Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $250
- Ruby Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $1,000
- Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $2,000
- 1 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $3,000
- 2 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $4,000
- 3 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $5,000
- 4 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $6,000
- 5 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $7,000
- 6 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $8,000
- 7 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $9,000
- 8 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $10,000
- 9 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $11,000
- 10 Star Diamond Coach Max Team Cycle Bonus Earnings: $12,000
After 10 Star Diamond Coach, with Beachbody, you can't earn any more matching bonus, but once you get 15 Star Diamond, you do get the 15 Star Diamond (Otherwise known as Superstar Diamond). Let me explain how the Star Diamond Bonuses work!
Team Beachbody Coach Quarterly Star Diamond Bonuses
Every quarter Beachbody sets aside 2% of the total team volume the company created. This is a combination of all the sales volume every Beachbody coach has created for the company. It then divides the amount into 4.
- Pool 1: Active 2 Star Diamond's that held the rank for 6 consecutive weeks in the quarter get 1/4 of the 2% shared between them.
- Pool 2: Active 5 Star Diamond's that held the rank for 6 consecutive weeks in the quarter get 1/4 of the 2% shared between them.
- Pool 3: Active 10 Star Diamond's that held the rank for 6 consecutive weeks in the quarter get 1/4 of the 2% shared between them.
- Pool 4: Active 15 Star Diamond's that held the rank for 6 consecutive weeks in the quarter get 1/4 of the 2% shared between them.
Since there are fewer coaches in each group, the higher up in the pools you get, the more bonus you earn! Also, with Team Beachbody you earn every pool below you as well. So for example, a 15 Star Diamond would earn Pool 1, 2, 3, and 4!
So as an example, below are the payout amounts from January of 2019. A 15 Star Diamond could have earned $37,793.80 USD, plus if they maxed out their week's earnings of $12,000 USD, they could have earned $49,793.80 during a quarterly bonus payout week! That's incredible.
Team Beachbody Multiple Business Centers
So you might be wondering, ok, so how do you earn more money if you are maxed out with your earnings? The answer is multiple CBC's as Beachbody Coaches call it or Multiple Business Centers. With Team Beachbody you can create up to 25 business centers. Meaning a single coach can have up to 25 businesses within Team Beachbody that can each reach the highest rank.
So if we use the example for earlier 2019, if a coach had reached 25 business centers maxed out, they would have earned just over 1.2 million dollars during a bonus quarterly payout week. Now to be clear no Beachbody coach has ever reached more than 4 15 Star Diamond Business Centers. But this is not to say this isn't possible. Crazy potential right?
